The best part of moving on..is being able to part from the stress itself. Just thinking about the exciting things that lie ahead..now that's what life is about..the anticipation of great things, then achieving them. You've been successful all of your life, and that success will continue. I'm so happy that you have carried your fans along for the ride all these years. It's been a frickin' blast!!

Dusi,
Damn sorry to hear about the recent news with Live Nation. It's ridiculous and a little sickening that they don't take care of their talent the way they should be. For my own selfish reasons I was really looking forward to seeing you in Vegas! But, as one door closes another opens. I remember hearing in your DVD that getting knocked down only pisses you off and makes you come back that much stronger. You're a rock star, this is just a pause and then you'll be back out there doing the next big thing! Any chance we might see you back in a ring?
Whatever you do I wish you the best. Here's hoping I get to meet with you one day :D
Take care,
-Cyn

Q)
This is what my husband wrote to live nation, on your behalf " MUST SAY THAT AS A MONSTER TRUCK FAN I AM VERY DISAPPOINTED THAT YOUR LINE UP OF TRUCKS FOR VEGAS IS FILLED WITH ROOKIE TRUCKS AND/OR DRIVERS. NOT TO MENTION YOUR B.S EXCUSSES ON CUTTING MADUSA LOOSE. YOU HAVE JUST LOST TWO MONSTER TRUCK FANS IN MY WIFE AND 4 YEAR OLD DAUGHTER WHO NOW REFUSE TO GO BACK TO VEGAS FOR THE THIRD STRAIGHT YEAR BECUSE THE DEFENDING CHAMPION IS NOT THERE. I THINK THIS IS A BIG MISTAKE IN THAT ALOT OF GIRLS JUST LIKE MY DAUGHTER LOOK UP TO HER. YOU STILL HAVE TIME TO ADD HER ON TO YOUR LIST OF TRUCKS AND LET HER DEFEND HER TITLE. AND STOP YOUR STUPID POLITICS AND LET THE BEST OF THE TRUCKS COMPETE AND NOT THE BIG SPONSERED TRUCKS. ONCE AGAIN I ASK THAT YOU GET MADUSA BACK SHE IS GREAT FOR THE SPORT AND A GREAT ROLL MODEL OF ALL GIRLS AND ALL FANS FOR THAT MATTER."
THANKS
Needless to say they weren't very friendly in their response!

Q)
Hey Star! I have a question as a fairly new monster Truck fan. Monster trucks like Dragon Slayer and the folks at bounty hunter are not owned by clear channel correct? This would appear to be a good move after what has happened to you and the unbelieveable lack of respect and chivalry directed to you. Is it a possibility to get with your manager and try to get the funding for your own adventure and say ride in the more realistic Monsters of Destruction series. I believe absolutly with out a doubt with the right staff you could tell LN to sit and spin! We will keep you in our prayers!
God Bless,
Ken N.

Wow what disappointing news. Our 10 year old son is a fan of yours. At last years world finals qualifying you gave him such a huge bear hug that I got on film, he wanted to get that autographed this year. He is really disappointed.

Hope things are going well for you. My son is so disappointed about this. He actually has a shirt of you and him that we had made from your show in Salinas and he wears it all the time. He cried for a long time when he found out you wouldn't be in vegas. I hope things get resolved soon he really misses you a lot he is only 3 but he talks about you everyday. I have e-mailed and called on numerous occassions. I will keep trying and hope something changes soon. Take care.

thank you... I believe that this new company, Live Nation could make a great change. Hopefully the board of directors will see that the problem doesn't lie with their talent and changing needs to start with the management. If Live Nation wants to keep their fans they need to be honest to them first and stop insulting them. They also need to focus on being a legit sport a 100% of the time and not favoritism. So for now its Entertainment. I do want to make clear that this is strictly my opinion but I am sure many others will tell you as well... I am not saying that all organizations are like this just the one i know for sure through 6 years of employment with them. I am so sorry for the let down.. I really hope to be in the truck again... we will see..
